Many of us, including Margot, have reflected on the unexpected big global change last year,

and how it disrupted our normal routines & businesses. The pandemic was an unexpected reminder of the VUCA world in which we live - volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous.

One of the essentials to thrive in the VUCA world is to learn how to adapt and evolve. Margot always shares with her coachees and trainees the magic of growth mindset - whether it is for cross-cultural performance, global communications or personal growth.

We can all learn - We can all learn to adapt and evolve in this new normal.

If you still haven’t found your growth area for this year, maybe these questions can help!

(1) Where do you want to be?

(2) Where am I?

(3) What can bridge the gap between here and there?

Let’s learn together and keep trying. We can thrive in this challenging time together!
