There are 4 steps which help global leaders - from corporations, government or NGOs background.
Those are consolidated into the following:
Step 1: Self-awareness
It boils down to gaining clarity into our own personal values In Indian culture, it translates into looking inward, moving inward & understanding who we are.
Step 2: Understanding our bias
Removing subconscious bias allows us to work better with regional teammates who may be in different timezones.
Step 3: Planning
If we fail to plan, we plan to fail. Therefore, for planning, we must actively look for feedback such that we find ways to deal with needs of different teams.
Step 4: Strategies
How to carry preparation forward and understand diversity could be handled by formulating strategies.
