Welcome! The guest speaker of this episode is Sunaina, our featured Growth Catalyst specializing in facilitating Cultural Intelligence (CQ), who is going to share with us an Indian philosophy - Jugaad. The concept of Jugaad helps Indians navigate through problems, no matter big or small, short-term or long-term.

Jugaad, in essence, means creating opportunities under adversity with limited resources. This spirit is well demonstrated by Indians due to a booming population but insufficient resources. Against this situation, Indians are good at formulating strategies & planning to make things work.

If you are interested in Indian culture or Jugaad, this video is just for you.
